Oversees the overall functioning of the club, provides leadership, and represents the club in external engagements.

Vice President:

Assists the president in their duties and assumes leadership in their absence.

Manage club Communications:

Maintains records, and ensures effective documentation of club activities.

Treasurer:

Handles financial, matters, budgeting and financial reporting to ensure the club’s fiscal responsibility.

Event coordinator:

Plans and coordinates club events, outings, and activities to ensure a diverse and engaging calendar.

Wellness Coordinator:

Focus on organizing health and wellness programs, fitness activities, and educational sessions for members.

Volunteer Coordinator:

Facilitates volunteer opportunities, collaborates with local organizations, and encourages members to actively participate in community service.

Membership Coordinator:

Manages membership records, welcomes new members, and ensures the club remains accessible to all.

Social Media and communication manager:

Manages the club’s online presence, social media accounts, and communications channels to keep members informed and engaged.

Special Interest Group Coordinator:

Coordinates various interest groups within the club (e.g., travel club, art group, travel enthusiasts) to cater to diverse member interests.
